Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from the live order page while it still shows Order received. Once we've started packing, please call us at +91 74167 91383 to cancel.

Online payment refunds

If you cancel an order you paid for online, we issue the full refund automatically right away. Razorpay sends it to your original payment method — depending on your bank or UPI app, it usually reflects within 3–5 working days.

Cash on delivery

COD orders involve no advance payment, so cancellation simply closes the order — nothing to refund.

Problem with a delivery

Wrong, missing or damaged item? Call or WhatsApp us (+91 74167 91383) within the same day with your order ID and we'll replace it or refund that item.

Refused deliveries

Repeatedly refusing prepaid orders at the door may lead to prepayment-only service for future orders.
