Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you order or sign up, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and (if you pin it) your map location. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We never see or store your card or UPI details — online payments are handled securely by Razorpay.

How we use it

Only to run the store: delivering your orders, calling or messaging you about an order on WhatsApp or SMS, remembering your saved addresses, and showing your past orders. Delivery locations are used solely to bring your order to the right door.

What we share

Your details are shared only with our delivery partner (name, address and phone, so they can reach you) and with the services that run the shop — Razorpay (payments) and Fast2SMS (order updates on WhatsApp or SMS). We never sell your data to anyone.

Your choices

You can edit your details or delete saved addresses anytime from My details in your account. To remove your account completely, call or WhatsApp us and we'll delete it.
